Juni wird die volle Teilnahmegebühr fällig.\n\nDas Stellen einer Ersatzperson ist möglich. \ngemeinsam Intensität genießen\nIn der Contact Improvisation legen wir grundsätzlich viel Wert auf Achtsamkeit und gutes Zuhören\, meist auch auf Weichheit und einen geschmeidigen Bewegungsfluss. Wie sieht es aus\, wenn wir diese Qualitäten als Basis nehmen für eine Forschungsreise in den Grenzbereich von CI\, wo es intensiver wird\, schneller\, rauher und kraftvoller? Oder noch weicher und sinnlicher\, wo wir die sexuelle Energie\, die in manchen Tänzen auftaucht\, einmal nicht in künstlerische Bewegung umsetzen\, sondern ganz pur erforschen und genießen können. An diesem Wochenende werden wir Elemente aus verschiedenen Kampfkünsten und Playfighting nutzen\, aus bewusstem Begegnen und Gewaltfreier Kommunikation und natürlich Contact Impro. Schritt für Schritt werden wir uns mit klar strukturierten Übungen an den Grenzbereich herantasten und gemeinsam einen sicheren Rahmen schaffen zum lustvollen Forschen in freien Tanz- und Spielmomenten. Auch werden wir uns immer wieder über unsere Erfahrungen austauschen. \n„Was ist eigentlich erlaubt?“\n„Welche Qualitäten wünsche ich mir für meinen Tanz?“\n„Wo ist die Grenze für mich und wie kann ich sie klar kommunizieren?“\nund „Wie bleibe ich sicher im Grenzbereich?“\n…können Fragen sein\, mit denen wir arbeiten und spielen werden. \nVoraussetzung zur Teilnahme sind mindestens Grundkenntnisse und Jamerfahrung in Contact Improvisation oder einer anderen \nBewegungsform/einer Kampfkunst. How does it look\, if we take these qualities as a base for an exploration to the edges of CI\, where it gets more intense\, rough and powerful? Or even more soft and sensual\, where we can explore and enjoy the sexual energy\, which sometimes can appear in dances\, instead of transforming it into artistic expression as we usually intend to. \nDuring this weekend we will use exercises which I created\, inspired by different martial arts forms and Playfighting\, conscious relating and non-violent communication and of course\, Contact Improvisation. With clearly structured exercises we will step by step approach the limits of physical interaction and create a safe space for joyful explorations in moments of free dancing and playing.
